This cruise control device is an aftermarket accessory designed to maintain a set throttle position. It is NOT an autonomous driving system and does not control steering, braking, terrain response, or vehicle awareness.

By installing or using this product, the user agrees to the following terms and assumes all risks associated with its use.

⚠️ USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

  • This product is used entirely at the operator’s own risk.

  • The manufacturer and seller assume no liability for any injury, death, property damage, or loss resulting from the use or misuse of this product.

  • Improper use, installation, or operation may result in loss of vehicle control, serious injury, or death.

⚠️ DRIVER RESPONSIBILITY

  • The driver must remain fully attentive, alert, and in complete control of the vehicle at all times.

  • This device does NOT replace safe driving practices.

  • The operator must be prepared to immediately apply brakes, disengage cruise control, or take corrective action at any moment.

  • The driver is responsible for continuously monitoring:

    • Terrain conditions

    • Obstacles and hazards

    • Vehicle speed and behavior

⚠️ NOT AN AUTONOMOUS SYSTEM

  • This product does NOT drive the vehicle.

  • It only maintains a throttle position and does not adjust for terrain, traction, load, or environmental changes.

  • The system will not slow down or stop automatically.

⚠️ SPEED VARIATION

  • Because this device maintains throttle position (not speed), vehicle speed (MPH) WILL fluctuate depending on conditions.

    • Speed may increase when traveling downhill

    • Speed may decrease when traveling uphill

  • The operator must actively monitor speed and adjust or disengage the system as needed.

⚠️ SAFE OPERATING CONDITIONS

This product should ONLY be used under optimal and controlled conditions, including:

  • Smooth, even, and predictable terrain

  • Clear visibility

  • Minimal obstacles or hazards

  • Stable traction conditions

DO NOT USE in any of the following conditions:

  • Rough, uneven, or unpredictable terrain

  • Steep inclines or declines

  • Wet, muddy, icy, or loose surfaces

  • Crowded areas or near other vehicles/people

  • Situations requiring frequent speed adjustments

⚠️ USER REQUIREMENTS

  • This product must only be used by individuals who:

    • Have read and understood all warnings and instructions

    • Are experienced and capable of safely operating the vehicle

  • Do not allow use by:

    • Inexperienced operators

    • Anyone unfamiliar with the system

    • Anyone unable to react quickly to changing conditions

  • Always ensure the system is properly installed and functioning correctly before use

  • Test operation in a safe, controlled environment before regular use

  • Always maintain the ability to:

    • Immediately disengage the system

    • Apply brakes without delay

    • Mechanical or electronic failure
